Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Lafayette.

Purchase price: $8,000
Sale price: $12,500

While making calls to find motivated sellers for buy and hold properties I came across a vacant, distressed property. The renovation was something I didn't want to take on, but I was able to take advantage of the opportunity and wholesale it. The buyer was happy to finally be rid of the property for cash, I was able to make a few thousand dollars, and the buyer has a new project home. WIN-WIN-WIN
