Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Philadelphia.

Purchase price: $66,000
Cash invested: $40,000

Sold this property to an investor who has flipped it and is putting it on the market soon. The structure was completely solid as were mechanicals it just needed cosmetic work throughout to be brought back to life. ARV $160,000, I will update once it is on the market with the sale price.
