Investment Info:

Single-family residence private money loan investment in Troutdale.

Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $250,000

Just dabbling. I was recently widowed at the time and was looking for a source of stable income. The owners' are refinancing so I'm getting a lump sum. Buy and Hold is the next step.
