Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Indianapolis.

Purchase price: $116,000
Cash invested: $10,000

Bought this house put about 10k in and now it's a rental property.

Thanks, Everyone.

@John Morgan it rents for $1295 and the work was all cosmetic including painting the whole house inside and removing carpet and replacing it with laminate flooring.  I use a property management company that is awesome their 10 percent fee is well worth it because they took care of the screening process, collecting all deposits and rent.  Yes, I am looking for my first flip or next rental or both.
