What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This was purchased for the family to live in initially and then we moved to Kansas City for a while. It was the most disheveled property at the end of the road.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was on the market for a while, we basically got it for the land alone. The house was basically free.

How did you finance this deal?

Mortgage

How did you add value to the deal?

Big renovation over the years.

What was the outcome?

Over triple the equity and $1k cashflow property.
