Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment in San Juan Capistrano.

Purchase price: $285,000

I bought this home back in 2017 before my last deployment in the Marine Corps for $285,000.
Once I saw how much rents were I decided to refinance this year from a VA to conventional and reestablished my VA loan to purchase another property in San Juan Capistrano.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Reading about how to build Cash Flow/Wealth.

Putting deals together for other veterans/investors by being a mortgage lender.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was the first property my realtor found for us and we took it because of the great location (5 min from the beach).

How did you finance this deal?

VA Home loan then refinanced into Conventional

What was the outcome?

Lived in it for 3 years now it is was time to move on.
Found a renter that is giving me a positive cash flow on the property.
