Multi family investment

I have a lake property rental which I am comfortable handling, but wonder about getting into multi family which would seem to generate more cash flow. I am concerned about what bad things can go on in a multi family ie drug use etc.  I would use a manger for sure.  The place cash flows well but I am hesitant to pull the trigger. Anyone have any comments?
