First Deal is a house hack.

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Philadelphia.

Purchase price: $179,900
Cash invested: $20,000

My first deal, its a house hack. I live up stairs rent out the 1st floor and also rent out the garage.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

After listening to bigger pockets, i knew that this would be perfect for me to cut my living expenses drastically.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on realtor.com and my Realtor at the time negotiated the deal for me.

How did you finance this deal?

FHA, currently refinancing out of the fha into a conventional loan.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Mike Gabriel was my realtor on this deal.
