Investment Info:

Townhouse fix & flip investment in Fargo.

Purchase price: $80,000
Cash invested: $40,000
Sale price: $147,840

This one was my first fix and flip. Seller needed to sell quickly so a partner and I were able to give her an offer that was a win-win for everyone. This deal was a good first base hit for me.
