Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Fargo.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $100,000

Commercial BRRRR Deal. Bought this property very distressed with only 2 units occupied at 50% market rent. Invested 100k in rehab. All in about 200k. Appraised with the bank for 243k with a 80% LTV. We were able to pull out most of the cash and now the building is fully occupied at market rents.
