My second investment property

Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment in St. John'S.

Purchase price: $284,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Bought this property while working in Canada to live in (b/c I didn't want to pay someone else's mortgage). The exchange rate at the time influenced my decision making. I kept the house when I repatriated and it's been rented ever since. Minimal cash flow, minimal appreciation. Also, owning property outside of one's country of residence is an interesting experience.
