Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Asheville.

Purchase price: $185,000
Cash invested: $100,000

Bought in 2013 and rented since then, with the exception of a rehab project winter 2016~2017. Property value has appreciated approx. 40% since purchase.
