Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $170,000
Cash invested: $170,000

One duplex and a single unit on one property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Purchase price of 170k with rents at 2250.00 a month made this seem doable.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This deal was listed with our local realtor

How did you finance this deal?

Cash purchase.

How did you add value to the deal?

Put a new roof on the single unit.

What was the outcome?

Just put it back on the market. We will see.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Look for better cash flow... I need to learn how to BRRRRR.
