Flipping aint easy is it!
Investment Info:
Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Warrington.
Purchase price: $240
Cash invested: $120
Sale price: $430,000
This was my first flip and I was so excited to make a large lump sum profit! I bought it at auction and what a ride. It ended up having a squatter which took 3 months to having the sherriff vacate him, however, it took longer to finish but was worth the wait. Sold in 1 day. After closing cost Profit around 35k!
