All is good in cash flow town

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Pottstown.

Purchase price: $60
Cash invested: $85

Bought this duplex for the same reason I bought all others, CASHFLOW and taxes. In my market taxes are so high that only multifamily can flourish
