Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Pottstown.

Purchase price: $87,000
Cash invested: $15,000

Bought this property after my first Refinance of another duplex. After finding out how much they can be appraised for, I jumped on this one. I like pay $0. After 6 months I refinanced and got all of my money out +15k
