I’ve been in the market for a small Multifamily property and I am currently working with a broker. I’m wondering if Seller/ Owner financing is only for OFF MARKET / unlisted properties?

Has anyone ever done Seller/ Owner financing on a property that is currently listed on the MLS? Is it unprofessional to ask your real estate broker?
