Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment in Rolling Meadows.

Purchase price: $78,000
Cash invested: $2,000

Studio condo in Rolling Meadows at a great price

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I bought this with my first condo, looking for cash flow. This one had laundry in the unit which I know is a big plus for renters.

How did you add value to the deal?

Did some serious cleaning, replaced the tile flooring, painted, new stove

What was the outcome?

So far so good. I've had two great tenants and only a couple months of vacancy between.
