What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Its in my blood

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

An investor I know had it in probate, and when they got it back it continued to sit.
So I made a deal!

How did you finance this deal?

Owner Financed the property through the investor.

How did you add value to the deal?

Fixed it up, and rented it.
It was in bad shape.

What was the outcome?

$650 a month rental, raised the property value.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Don't let time go by without taking action.
