Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Milwaukee.

Started with a single duplex in 2004 and today own and manage 1500 apartment rental units, which include SFR, Duplex's, and apartment buildings.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Cash Flow, Value Add Investment Opportunity.

How did you finance this deal?

OPM and bank financing initially.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Build a system and invest in your operations.

@Joe S. Thanks for the note.  I am not teaching, however, we do offer monthly webinars on investing (FOR FREE) as part of our marketing plan for our Milwaukee Based Hard Money Lending business.  

My real estate business has shifted to more ground-up development as we have 71 units almost completed and 134 units which just broke ground in Brown Deer, WI.  

We have also started to diversify from multi-family to industrial.  This has been a great shift with 800,000 sq. ft owned and another 218,000 sq. ft we just started construction on in Appleton, WI.  

Real estate, when done correctly is the ultimate wealth builder.  My goal is to be a resource to investors and continue to grow our capital partners.
