Bought a home initially to fix and rent. We stayed true to the style of home.
Had it appraised, and is now under contract.

Value was more than I originally thought for neighborhood.

Don’t listen to people. Lol. Everyone laughed when I told them what I thought it was worth, and it surprisingly came in even higher than my own expectations. I’ve been breaking neighborhood records all year with my investor clients.
