Washington state refinance question
Hey all, I'm wondering if I'm getting a fair deal on closing costs on my refinance. I initially paid 3.5% down and now refinancing to bring it to 20% equity of a value of 450K property. I know that the interest is at or close to market. Have a 750 credit score...Would appreciate a "pro's" thoughts on the whether closing costs/fees look like a good deal...
