Cash invested: $40,000
I purchased this 2bd/2ba single-family home to live in while making improvements (not enough for me to consider this a live-in flip). My plan is to house hack the spare room while I live here and rent the home when I move out in a year. Given my projected monthly rental income for the property this should cashflow $400-$500/month when fully rented.
