Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in N Miami Beach.

Purchase price: $280,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Duplex in North Miami Beach, FL

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I've always been interested in multifamily units because of the profit margin. I'm also very familiar with this area (North Miami Beach) which I think made me super comfortable in making this my first investment property.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this deal on MLS

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Loan

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am a licensed real estate agent so I was the real estate agent for this deal.

@Roshelle Wilder congrats on your first deal! The first one is always the hardest. It only gets easier from here. Good luck!
