Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $344,000
Cash invested: $68,800

Purchased a Triplex. With tenants in it. Achieved good decent ROI goals in a really hard So Cal Market. Learned a lot about finding deals, analyzing deals, better understanding my risk tolerance. Understanding the details that go into making offers, talking to agents, and going through the whole financing, escrow process as well.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Seeing other people invested in real estate and BiggerPockets!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

scouring through MLS listings for days upon days. Had to analyze a ton of property to land on it. Used an agent in the local area to complete transaction.

How did you finance this deal?

Standard Conventional Loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

Property is in tip top shape. no repairs needed. Turn Key, with residents in it.
