Analyzing Deals. Am I doing this right?
Hey everyone,
I've been using the BP Rental Property calculator to do quick analyzation of potential deals in the market I'm interested in.
Since I am new at this, my numbers have been all over the scale. Like, one of my reports show a 7487% CoC (Laughing hysterically).
Obviously I did something wrong.
For those willing to help me, I would like to send you one of the properties I tried to analyzed and see what results you come up with.
Thank you.
