Cash invested: $17,000
Sale price: $129,900
I converted a 3 bedroom 1 bath single family home into a 4 bedroom 2 bath home.

The neighborhood is a transitioning area in my city

added a bedroom and bathroom. new paint, flooring, kitchen, bathroom , appliances, lighting, windows, etc

hold on to good contractors if you find one. If you use a real estate agent in a transitioning area, then use one that has a true passion for that area
