Purchase price: $25,000
Cash invested: $35,000
Completely gutting and rehabbing/rebuilding. It's certainly a learning opportunity.
Removed solarium, added master suite, replacing plumbing with pex, foundation (pier and beam) issues, ventilation issues under house, replacing hvac and hot water heater. Converting from gas to all electric.
