BP community,

I find the BP rental property calculator very useful for small multifamily deal analysis, but limited for larger properties. Are there any similar calculators for large multifamily properties? 

Also, what are the best books/resources/podcasts you recommend for large multifamily (specially apartment buildings) deal analysis?
