Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Bellevue.

Purchase price: $825,000
Cash invested: $192,000
Sale price: $1,267,200

We sourced this deal off market via mailer. This unique flip is in Bellevue, a major city just outside of Seattle. This was one of the tougher floor plans we’ve worked on. It was built custom with elevated decks that had all levels separated at different elevations. We kept the integrity of the original design, modernizing the floor plan with a more conforming staircase and conforming floor elevations. The interior walls were completely reframed, all interior systems upgraded.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money with Intrust Funding.

What was the outcome?
