Our team sourced funding and designs of this flip. The unit was fully updated with cost effective flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, trim, and master bathroom tile. On quick flips it’s important to cut costs but hit important areas. We did this by strategizing to keep some flooring, bathroom vanities, and millwork.
