This house was 1 of 4 that we packaged together. Properties were owner financed over 5 years with 10% down and 25% due annually for 4 years.
How did you add value to the deal?
Homes were in poor condition. We reconfigured the flow of the house, raised the ceiling in the bathroom and used above average finishes, so we were able to rent them for a premium.
