Hello Everyone,

I purchased a property in Ahwatukee AZ for 428,000 with a 3% APR and 0 downpayment (va loan) I was wondering if this would be a smart property to keep. On Zillow the current estimate is at 451,000 and rental estimate is 2,100. The property is beautiful 4/bed 2.5/bath, an Arizona Room, with a pool. I was wondering if this is a good property to hold regardless of me not meeting the 2% Rule. Below are some facts about the unit appreciation based of Zillow.
