Seattle Wholesale Deal 2018

Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Seattle.

Purchase price: $617,500
Sale price: $650,000

The home was renovated and sold in 2019 for $1,250,000.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The margin in Seattle is very large on these types of deals.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Real estate mentor brought the deal to my attention.

How did you finance this deal?

We located a cash buyer in the Seattle Market.

How did you add value to the deal?

Finding the deal for the buyer and communicating for with tenant.

What was the outcome?

Original purchase price was $750k after due diligence done it was reduced to $650,000.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Working with sellers takes weeks/months of time and follow-up.
