New electrical, sheetrock, vinyl plank flooring, recess can lighting and ceiling fans, white hexagon tile in the bathroom, rustic bathroom vanity, new shaker kitchen cabinets, white subway backsplash, stainless steel appliance, and new deck. It went on the market on Friday, and under contract by Monday.

That is a great question @Will Fraser.  What help me the most is the house was only 800 square feet.  I also have an amazing team of contractors who did the work for a good deal.  My brother-in-law does contracting and set me up with some wonderful people to help.  Finally, most of the materials I was able to find at a material surplus store in Indianapolis.
