Just closed on my first flip

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $85,000
Cash invested: $45,600
Sale price: $187,000

Bought a house on auction.com fixed it up and sold it for $100,000 more than I paid for it.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I want to start a house flipping and rental property portfolio.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Auction.com

How did you finance this deal?

I paid cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Completely remodeled the home.

What was the outcome?

Sold it in just a couple of weeks on the market for just under asking price.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked with Debbie Burr at Coldwell banker and I highly recommend her.
