Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Dansville.

Purchase price: $50,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Purchased this one for a client on a lease with option to purchase. Worked with them for the first 2 years to build up their credit and then they didn't follow through on the purchase. Once they moved out, we renovated the house and are under contract to sell
