What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

House hacking.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

RE agent. May have overpaid.

How did you finance this deal?

CU mortgage.

How did you add value to the deal?

Electric, plumbing, pest control, re-painting.
