What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

There are very few condos in the area, and very few 3 bed, 2 bath condos in Utah State under $300k.

Developer told our office.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash out refi on my primary home.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Told an investor who bought 4.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
