Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $190,000
Cash invested: $190,000

2bd 1ba home across from the main road of university/campus
11,000sqft lot with builder plans to build a 4bd 4ba with den and 3 car garage
Breaking ground by 12/25/2020

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

on the local mls

How did you finance this deal?

cash

How did you add value to the deal?

building new structure and remodel the home

What was the outcome?

closed in October haven't broke ground on new construction

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

This deal was handled by the in house real estate team at Tucson Integrity Realty LLC and Tucson Integrity will take over property management and are pre leasing for August of 2021
