Analyzing Crime Stats and School Districts
Hey everyone,
Real estate newbie here looking into my first property. I was wondering how you would go about analyzing an area in terms of crime. I have been using spotcrime.com but it is difficult for me to evaluate what is good and what is bad being spotcrime includes crimes from this whole year. Are there any objective measures for how much crime and what type of crime is too much where you would not consider buying?
