Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Fort Worth.

Sale price: $85,000

This was a fixer upper for sure located in a nice neighborhood close to the zoo and other attractions. Mostly everything needed to be fixed or replaced. The rehabber really had a chance to let their creativity shine here.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This property was conveniently located and in a good neighborhood. Easily the ugliest house on the block. My thoughts were that it would sell quickly.

What was the outcome?

Successful wholesale deal. The rehabbers brought life to the property again.
