Purchase price: $1,585,000
Cash invested: $545,000

Bridge Loan provided by Superior Mortgage & Gem Star Capital on a 12 unit mixed use building (10 Residential Apartments & 2 Commercial Units) $1,585,000 Purchase Price and a $1,040,000 Loan Amount. Not easy to find traditional commercial financing in this environment due to COVID but with excellent buyers along with experienced and persistent loan professionals, anything is possible!
