Single-family residence wholesale investment in Smyrna.

Purchase price: $221,000

Beautiful home located in Smyrna. One of our investors was looking for a rental deal in a hot area of ATL with some of the best school districts in the state. We often get a lot of investors that try to compete in the Cobb County area using Hard Money, It tends to be super difficult when you have predominantly Cash heavy investors that just face better returns. Property is renting for 1800/month.
