2nd rental house, getting the hang of this
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $25,000
I purchased my second rental property, another single family home, this on is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home with a garage and slightly larger than my first rental @ 1.038 sq. ft.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I want to build up my rental houses to afford more things in life, like an airplane. This house has a office/den that I will be converting to a 3rd bedroom when my tenants move out.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Found the deal on the MLS and I did all the negotiating myself.

Conventional loan
How did you add value to the deal?
Will be adding a 3rd bedroom in the coming year. Painted the inside of the whole house.
