Please help me analyze this deal... Chicago Suburbs

Taxes- $11,387

Asking- $175,000.00

The property is a 2 story house with an unfinished basement. The house is siding and has no garage.

The house is mostly original and may need to be fully gutted.

The house is currently owner occupied and is available for showings with an appointment.
