Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in San Antonio.

Purchase price: $133,000
Cash invested: $75,000
Sale price: $305,000

This was my first fix and flip property. The funds from the sale were used to purchase another fix and flip that I ended up refinancing and keeping as a rental property. Of which has a cash on cash return of 28%!
