I have 2 properties in Ocala Florida and thinking of building multi-family units. If possible I want to build quads or at least triplexes. Any advice before I start?

I need help finding a builder I can work with and also save as much as possible. Not sure of average cost per square foot. Also what’s best way to go about financing? I may need to takeout a line of credit to make down payment but not sure if that’s a good idea. Any help or directions would be super appreciated. Thanks!.
