My first investment is basically a live in brrrr. I'll be living there for a year as I fix it up.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I needed a place to live 🙃😋. I was tired of renting so I decided to get my own house and start investing

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This deal was on a list my realtor sent to me and she did a great job negotiating with the sellers

How did you finance this deal?

I was able to get a conventional loan with only 3-5% down

How did you add value to the deal?

I will be changing it from a 2/1 to a 3/2 and updating the kitchen

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked with a real estate agent, Becky Friddle, she was very helpful with everything and I will continue to work with her in the future.
