First BRRRR deal I've done!
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Dallas.
Purchase price: $120,000
Cash invested: $13,000
Purchased this using private and cash, currently rehabbing and planning on BRRRRing. Updates coming....
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Good deal that needed updating and want to try the BRRRR method.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
MLS and negotiated with agent, offering cash. Motivated seller, according to the agent seller had other buyers but since they were using conventional financing and couldn't get the underwriting finalized.
How did you finance this deal?
Cash and OPM.
How did you add value to the deal?
Currently rehabbing the property.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
Yes, used an agent (seemed green to REI) so I probably wouldn't recommend.
